The real estate group behind The Battery Atlanta yesterday released details about its "three planned apartment complexes, some of which will overlook" the Braves' SunTrust Park, according to Ben Brasch of the ATLANTA JOURNAL-CONSTITUTION. Atlanta-based Pollack Shores Real Estate said that the three apartment communities named Residences, Parkside and Flats together will be called "Home at The Battery Atlanta." The Residences community is "expected to open in April," with Parkside to follow in May and Flats set to open in July. Residences will have 81 apartments -- costing between $1,855-3,830 per month -- "overlooking The Battery's epicenter." Parkside will "feature 211 homes on The Battery’s main street adjacent to SunTrust Park’s central plaza." Rents there will "cost between $1,225 and $4,305 a month." Flats "include 239 homes in the shopping district of The Battery," with monthly costs ranging from $1,355-3,030 (ATLANTA JOURNAL-CONSTITUTION, 2/8).
