Ski and performance brand Spyder has signed a two-year collaboration with Disney Consumer Products and Interactive Media for a line of ski performance products inspired by Marvel Super Heroes. The U.S. Ski Team members will be outfitted in race suits donning Marvel’s Captain America and Captain Marvel at the FIS Alpine World Cup Championship in St. Moritz this weekend. Skiers wearing the suits include Jared Goldberg, Julia Mancuso and Mikaela Shiffrin (Spyder). The DAILY DOT's Gavia Baker-Whitelaw writes Goldberg, Mancuso and Shiffrin "look seriously badass" in photos posted online. The suits also "won't just be restricted to the U.S. ski team," as they will be available for purchase this fall (DAILYDOT.com, 2/10).
