The Scotts Company has signed a multiyear sponsorship renewal with MLB, extending its relationship with the league into a second decade. An MLB sponsor since ’10, Scotts will continue as the league’s official lawn care company and this year will enter a fourth season as an official partner of the Play Ball youth participation initiative. The company will also continue its field refurbishment program in which it provides playable fields to youth-focused community groups. The deal contains an extensive media buy on MLB.com and MLB Network. The Scotts renewal follows one MLB announced with T-Mobile earlier this week.
