The Big 12 had $373.9M in total revenue for FY '18, a $3M increase over '17, as distributions to the 10 schools "ranged from" $36.6M to Oklahoma to $33.6M to Kansas, according to USA TODAY's Steve Berkowitz. Twenty-five percent of Baylor's share "was withheld," which has been previously decided by the conference. Big 12 Commissioner Bob Bowlsby was credited with nearly $4.1M in total pay for the '17 calendar year, which "includes $757,680 in deferred comp reported in prior years, so basically just over" $3.3M earned in '17 (up from $2.85M in '16). Bowlsby also "continues to have the benefit of a loan from the conference." The original amount "was $500,000, and the balance due has been declining by $100,000 annually; it was down to $100,000 as of June 30, 2018" (TWITTER.com, 5/9).
