The University of Alabama men’s basketball team has installed the Noah Basketball shooting system at its practice facility and home arena to track every shot taken by the Crimson Tide.
Sensors placed above the court work alongside artificial intelligence, cameras and facial recognition to provide players with instant audio feedback.
Noah’s shot tracker is used by several pro teams, including the NBA’s Toronto Raptors and the WNBA’s Washington Mystics, as well as top college programs such as the University of Virginia.
“With the emphasis we put on perimeter shooting, it’s imperative we give our shooters the most current and cutting-edge technology available to help them reach their potential,” Alabama coach Nate Oats said in a press release
