NBA and WNBA Shift Digital Workflows to ServiceNow

The NBA and WNBA have announced a multi-year partnership with ServiceNow, a provider of cloud-based IT software services. ServiceNow has been named the official workflow partner of the NBA and WNBA.

Both leagues began using ServiceNow earlier this year when the NBA restarted its season in Orlando and the WNBA commenced play in Bradenton, Fla. ServiceNow’s digital workflows processed onboarding and health screening documents for more than 2,600 employees and guests working inside both leagues' respective bubbles amid the pandemic.

“ServiceNow provided critically-important resources to help us safeguard the health and well-being of everyone on the NBA and WNBA campuses,” NBA commissioner Adam Silver said in a press release. “We look forward to building on our partnership and working together to ensure our organization is well-positioned for whatever lies ahead.”
