XFL selects Ryzer Mindset as league's official mindset testing partner

Mental coaching platform Ryzer Mindset has partnered with the XFL to provide its online mindset assessments to players and coaches. As the league’s new Mindset Testing Partner, Ryzer’s proprietary Troutwine Athletic Profile (TAP) will be used by the revamped football league that kicks off next month.

TAP’s online assessment consists of questions related to an athlete’s mental toughness, coachability, and mental execution. XFL Players will receive reports that analyze their mental traits with feedback from sports psychologists and a development plan, while coaches will be given personalized tips and techniques for how to best work with each athlete’s unique mindset.

TAP has been used by the NFL since 1984 and was created by Ryzer Mindset’s co-founder Dr. Robert Troutwine. TAP’s mindset database spans results from more than 300,000 athletes across 10 pro leagues, the NCAA, and the US Navy SEALs.
