The Warriors are partnering with the "creative minds behind the wildly popular Candytopia" to develop a "basketball version of the sugar-coated interactive experience expected to open in October." Warriors Hooptopia will be "part of a three-story structure" near Chase Center. It will feature "real-time photo opportunities as participants move through 10-12 rooms that lead people from practicing as a child to being flown into San Francisco after being drafted to waving from a championship parade float." The original Candytopia is a candy-themed pop-up museum ( S.F. CHRONICLE, 8/22 ).
