Brady "not thinking" during Lombardi toss

Tom Bradyrecounted how after winning his latest Super Bowl, his wife, Gisele Bundchen, asked him, “What more do you have to prove?” Brady: “I was trying to figure out a way to change the subject really quick.” Brady talked about the famous footage of him tossing the Lombardi Trophy to another boat during the Buccaneers' victory celebration: “I was not thinking at that moment. There was not a thought. It was, ‘This seems like really fun to do.’ ... I found out later that had that been an incomplete pass, that would have went down, like, 80 feet.” In the video, Brady's eight-year-old daughter can be heard yelling at him not to do it. Brady: “Who could imagine that an eight-year-old girl would have the most sense of anybody in that whole area at the time? She’s the voice of reason” ( “The Late Late Show,” CBS, 3/2).
