The former Outback Bowl has a new name after event officials announced a new four-year deal with Tampa-based cybersecurity company ReliaQuest. The ReliaQuest Bowl “will continue to be played at Raymond James Stadium on its traditional New Year’s Day spot.” The game’s partnerships with ESPN and the SEC and Big Ten/ACC “also remain unchanged.” ReliaQuest Founder & CEO Brian Murphy said that the deal “came together over the last five or six weeks.” The company, which was founded in ’07, gives the bowl “another local sponsor” (TAMPA BAY TIMES, 6/10).
We’re so excited to announce Tampa-based @ReliaQuest as our title sponsor!! A global company doing amazing things. The perfect partner for us! Welcome to the @ReliaQuestBowl!🏈
