The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences announced its nominees for the 34th annual Sports Emmy Awards. Winners will be honored during a ceremony May 7 at the Frederick P. Rose Hall, Home of Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City.
More than 170 nominees are up for awards in 34 categories. The networks of NBC Sports Group led the nomination totals with 58, ESPN received 43 and Turner Sports garnered 27. Here are highlights of the nominees:
