What’s your favorite vacation spot?

Ken Babby: Lanai, Hawaii: a small island off the coast of Maui. The beauty, culture and people on that magical island never fail to recharge me, bringing me back and energizing me for a new year. It has become an end-of-season ritual for me; a reset.

Shannon Dan: Sea Isle City, N.J., because it means relaxing on the beach and walking on the boardwalk, ice cream trips, and long bike rides with the most important people in my life: my mom, my two older brothers and our families.

Richard Rubano: Vallata, Italy: my mother’s hometown. Not only is it beautiful, but every trip there is a reminder of the courage it took for my mother to leave everything behind and come to America, and how proud I am of who she is and what she has accomplished.
