The Olympic Broadcasting Services is the International Olympic Committee’s permanent host broadcaster, and Exarchos, a five-time Emmy winner, has been the company’s top executive since 2004. Parkman was the operations executive at OBS, where he worked for nine years before sliding over to start and then lead the Olympic Channel, which launched in 2016 and is one of the IOC’s main drivers of interest in non-Olympic years.
