In its first year as the Cincinnati Open’s retail vendor, Legends reported that merchandise per-caps and revenue doubled from 2023, making tournament records in each category. Specific figures were not available. Ahead of the event’s 2024 edition, which ran Aug. 11-19, Legends constructed an 11,000-square-foot retail shop at the Lindner Family Tennis Center that featured more than 850 items from 30-plus brands. Bob Moran, Beemok Sports & Entertainment president/tournament director, noted in a statement that the Cincinnati Open’s rebrand from the Western & Southern Open earlier this year“necessitated a new merchandise experience,” and Legends delivered. The Cincinnati Open’s previous merchandise provider was Tennis Point.
