Titans representatives said that the team’s new Nissan Stadium construction project is “on-schedule and moving along smoothly” at about the halfway point, according to Nick Suss of the Nashville TENNESSEAN. Workers “should be finished erecting the exterior superstructure by November.” As of June 20, the first ring beams of the roof “went up.” Titans stadium project exec Kellen DeCoursey said that the roof “likely won’t be completely attached until the middle of 2026.” On cost considerations, DeCoursey said that the project is “roughly 40% complete compared against the budgeted guaranteed maximum price.” Suss notes costs are “expected to catch up to timelines in the fall when more labor and materials will be on site at once.” The Titans are “in Phase 3 of their three-part process selling personal seat licenses” to existing season ticket holders. Titans President & CEO Burke Nihill said that seats are “being sold in the ‘high range of estimates.’” Suss notes sales associates will “soon begin contacting interested parties on the waitlist who aren’t returning season ticket holders in the fall.” PSLs in the club section “are sold out, and ‘only five or six’ of the 130 suites are still available for purchase.” There are “still some seats available in the studio boxes and in the 100 level, but the plurality of seats available will be in the terrace level” (Nashville TENNESSEAN, 6/30).
