With more than 33 years in the marketing battlefields of beer and wireless — two of sports’ largest and most competitive sponsorship categories — Mark Wright has chops captaining a roster of property rights that includes the NBA, WNBA, NCAA, MLS, U.S. Soccer, the Mexican national soccer team, the PGA Tour, Red Bull Racing and the NWSL. Sabina Ahmed, at AT&T since 2012, heads the company’s sponsorships and experiential group, after six years with media agency Starcom, and five with Anheuser-Busch InBev’s in-house media agency. She has spearheaded AT&T sponsorship in women’s sports and involvement in programs such as She’s Connected and the Athena Pledge.
