Prime Video has rolled out its coverage plans as it debuts its live Masters coverage next week. Coverage will run from 1-3pm ET on Thursday and Friday and be hosted by Terry Gannon.
Prime Video says it will use CBS Sports’ on-course commentary team during the coverage windows, but it will also feature interviews with “current stars and special guests,” including Jack Nicklaus on the 40th anniversary of his sixth Green Jacket.
Meanwhile, Prime is debuting a new data-based “Inside Amen Corner” feed this year. That feed will be hosted by Justin Kutcher and also will include analysts Geoff Ogilvy, Smylie Kaufman, John Wood and Michael Breed. That feed will run from approximately 10:45am-6pm on Thursday and Friday and 11:45am-6pm on the weekend.
Prime subscribers also will have access to Masters featured group coverage, as well as the 15th and 16th holes. on Monday, Prime debuted its new documentary on Rory McIlroy’s win last year: “Rory McIlroy: The Masters Wait.”
