The NHL drew a league record 23.16 million fans to their games this season, up 0.6% over the 2024-25 season and up 11% compared to the 2021-22 season.

Some highlights:

  • The per-game average of 17,651 was the league’s third-best ever.
  • 98.5% of the post-Olympic seats were filled, compared to 97.1% before the Games.
  • 4.29 million fans attended games in March, the busiest month in league history.
  • 13 clubs filled at least 100% of their available seats.
