In S.F., Sam Gordon cited a source as saying that Warriors coach Steve Kerr met with GM Mike Dunleavy and owner Joe Lacob on Monday to “engage in conversation about his future” -- confirming an earlier report from ESPN. Per ESPN, the meeting “lasted two hours and ended without resolution,” though another meeting including the trio is “set for next week.” Should Kerr depart, a “philosophical change would likely occur within the Warriors, leading to changes in personnel” (S.F. CHRONICLE, 4/29).

LATE ARRIVAL: In Dallas, Myah Taylor noted Wings F Awak Kuier, who hails from Finland, has “yet to arrive in the states” more than a week after the Wings began training camp in Arlington. Wings GM Curt Miller told reporters last week that she is “still in Finland, awaiting her appointment with the consulate.” Miller said, “Obviously [there are] a lot of requirements now through immigration status to get into the United States.” Kuier is one of “several international players on the Wings roster who have had to navigate immigration policies ahead of the WNBA season” (DALLAS MORNING NEWS, 4/29).
