South Florida Motorsports, the promoter of this weekend’s F1 Miami GP, plans to expand the race’s Paddock Club building. The expansion will see 115,000 square feet of space added ahead of the 2027 race. Sections of the three-story building will introduce tiered seating, offering guests better views within a luxury hospitality setting, including the rooftop, and will expand total Paddock Club capacity to approximately 9,200 guests and 305,000 square feet of hospitality space. Construction of the extension will be conducted in collaboration with HOK+Rossetti (Miami GP).
