The Washington Commanders are instituting a new season ticket members value menu that will include 15 fan-favorite items all costing less than $10.

The menu, reserved for Commanders season ticket members, represents 86% of food and non-alcoholic beverage items that fans purchase at Northwest Stadium, where Levy is the F&B provider. Pepsi is the menu’s presenting sponsor.

Northwest Stadium’s club level is all-inclusive food and beverage and offers a $5 beer, a 12-ounce Bud Light. That “club level” beer will now be available to all fans in the SeatGeek Legends Plaza. The team believes it to be one of the most affordable beers in the NFL.

“When you look at the lowest prices in the NFL, these prices will put us in that set,” Commanders president Mark Clouse said.

The 64,000-seat Northwest Stadium consisted of about 80% season ticket members (roughly 51,200 fans) when Clouse arrived in December 2024, and his goal is to grow that figure to 90% (which would be closer to 58,000).

In addition to the new value menu, the Commanders are doubling the number of season ticket member training camp days to six, and are offering special food and beverage discounts to season ticket members that travel to London for the Commanders’ game against the Colts on Oct. 4.

Value, as a guiding principle

Improving concessions quality was an initial focus in Clouse’s first year in charge of the Commanders, and the focus in his second is value. He cited quick-service restaurants (fast food) as the appropriate comparison.

“They’re such students of value in those industries,” said Clouse, who spent decades in the food world and joined the Commanders from Campbell’s where he was CEO.

The menu items’ average discount was 59% compared to last year’s prices. All other concessions items prices remain at least flat year-over-year, with some discounted as much as 50%.

Pepsi is supporting the value menu through strategic consultation and by “participating in the cost of the program,” Clouse said.

The team is doing offseason infrastructure work at Northwest Stadium to be ready for the anticipated consumption uplift.

It’s not clear if the season ticket members value menu will carry over to the Commanders’ new D.C. stadium opening in 2030, but it’s safe to perceive it as at least a test of sorts.

The team is also commencing its search for the new stadium’s F&B provider early, following feedback from other NFL teams that wished they’d involved a concessionaire earlier in the stadium design process. They’ve had preliminary interviews with a variety of providers in advance of starting a more formal process.

“Value will be important in the new building as well. That’ll be one truth,” Clouse said. “The other truth is that I continue to want to find ways to reward season ticket members because there are just so many positive things that happen when your fanbase is committed with you in that way. Where we can steer additional value today and in the new venue, we’re going to.”
