HERITAGE PLAQUE FOR PROMOTER AL FRANKEN More than 100 guests attended a ceremony to unveil the Heritage Plaque awarded posthumously by World Athletics to legendary Los Angeles promoter Al Franken on May 28 at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.
