The Eagles have "redesigned and added a bunch of new features" to their official mobile app. The redesign "provides fans with personalization capabilities, interactive gaming, and streaming access of live Eagles games." The app features live streaming of the "official radio broadcast" on gamedays. Also, an instant replay feature lets users "re-watch plays from any of eight different camera angles" ( BIZJOURNALS.com, 9/9 ).
The Eagles this season also "rolled out a new app-based messaging system that allows employees to improve the fan experience by more efficiently spotting and responding to issues" ( SPORTS BUSINESS JOURNAL, 9/9 issue ).
