Daytona Int'l Speedway President Frank Kelleher said that plans for the venue to "fully reopen for the Aug. 28 Coke Zero Sugar 400 remain in place despite the current increase of COVID-19 cases," but that the Speedway "would 'pivot' if necessary" for the NASCAR weekend (Daytona Beach NEWS-JOURNAL, 8/16).
