The Bengals added a naming rights partner to a gate at Paul Brown Stadium "for the first time ever." Telecom company Altafiber, formerly Cincinnati Bell, is "now a gate naming rights partner." This comes after Altafiber "agreed to a partnership in March" to become the official WiFi network at the venue. The Bengals already have "placed the Altafiber gate sign above the entrance to Gate B at Paul Brown Stadium across from the practice fields." Team President Mike Brown said, "We need a revenue stream that will help us ... build the indoor facility. It’ll help us perhaps handle the cap a little bit easier. We’re a small-market team. We need the revenue streams that we can obtain" (CINCINNATI ENQUIRER, 8/8).
