The FTC is set to file an injunction to prevent the merger of Microsoft and Activision/Blizzard. Having already filed a lawsuit to block the $68.7B acquisition, the FTC is aiming to prevent the Microsoft from purchasing the rival company before the July 18 deadline (CNBC, 6/12).
