French Open overnight ratings were a mixed bag from this past weekend. On Friday, coverage of the men's semifinals earned a 1.3/4 overnight Nielsen rating, up slightly from a 1.2/4 last year. On Saturday morning, the women's final featuring Ana Ivanovic defeating Dinara Safina to win her first major earned a 1.8/6, even with the 1.8/5 overnight for Justine Henin-Ivanovic last year. On Sunday, Rafael Nadal's fourth-straight French Open championship win, and third straight over Roger Federer, earned a 1.8/5 overnight rating, down 18.2% from a 2.2/6 for the same matchup last year.
