Former MLBers CLIFF FLOYD and RONDELL WHITE yesterday filed a lawsuit against Kolinsky Hill Financial Group claiming that the New Jersey-based firm recruited six baseball players into an "alleged multi-million-dollar securities fraud and real estate scam." All six players involved in the scam, being investigated by the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, "are or were represented" by agents SETH and SAM LEVINSON , who said that they are "cooperating with the government proceedings" ( SI.com, 5/4 ). SWAT TEAM : Rams LB DAVID VOBORA , who was "suspended for four games in 2009 after testing positive for a banned steroid," yesterday filed a federal civil suit in St. Louis against supplement maker Swats claiming that he "inadvertently used a contaminated supplement." Vobora said that he began using Swats' "The Ultimate Spray" in '09, and that he "researched the spray, talked to colleagues and Swats endorsers and satisfied himself that the spray did not contain any banned substances."
