MLS announced its ’16 club and exec award winners Thursday night during a season kickoff party in L.A. The Sounders and Toronto FC, who faced off in the MLS Cup last month, both led the league with three total awards, while Rapids President TIM HINCHEY was recognized as the Doug Hamilton Exec of the Year.
