Dallas Tech Firm ParkHub Secures $13M In Series B Funding Round

Dallas-based parking technology company ParkHub has landed $13M in a Series B funding round, which "brings the overall investment in the company" to more than $20M, according to Brian Womack of the DALLAS BUSINESS JOURNAL. The money will help the company "drive sales and marketing growth while accelerating product development." The funding round is led by Santa Monica-based growth equity firm Arrowroot Capital. ParkHub, which has "gained traction with high-profile sporting events," manages more than 1 million parking spots as its software and hardware "push the sector into a more digital approach." ParkHub has "more than doubled its client base in the past year." The company has "about 35 people and is looking to get to about 50 by the end of the year." ParkHub is currently used by "numerous professional sport team venues and entertainment sites, including AT&T Stadium, Live Nation amphitheaters and MGM Resorts Properties" (BIZJOURNALS.com, 2/15).
