Endeavor took home the Sports Business Award for Talent Representation after a year that saw it reorganize its sports business headed up by Jordan Bazant and Karen Brodkin. “We took our tennis agents, our golf agents, our marketing, our broadcasting and our sports talent and we all came together under one group,” Brodkin said. “The agency has never seen collaboration like this.” As an example, Brodkin pointed to Naomi Osaka, who signed endorsement deals with Nike and MasterCard, cut content deals and landed a book deal. “That is what our agency does,” Brodkin said. “We’re not singularly focused. We tie into whatever the passion point is for our client."
