The Pistons and Assistant GM DAVID MINCBERG have "parted ways," according to a source. Mincberg was hired by the Pistons last July, following three years with the Bucks as their VP/Basketball Strategy (DETROIT FREE PRESS, 6/11)....The Jaguars named Chargers Assistant Dir of Pro Scouting REGIS ELLER Dir of Pro Scouting. The move means new Jaguars GM TRENT BAALKE "has finalized the team's personnel department's staff" (FLORIDA TIMES-UNION, 6/11).
