East Carolina Univ. BOT Expected To Buyout AD Jeff Compher

The East Carolina Univ. BOT is “expected to sign off on a contract buyout” for AD Jeff Compher when it meets today. Compher was “met with protests from fans during football season as the team scuffled to a second straight 3-9 season behind head coach and Compher hire Scottie Montgomery .” Hired to replace Terry Holland in the spring of ‘13, Compher is “overseeing” a $60M renovation to Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium ( Greenville DAILY REFLECTOR, 3/9 ).
