Women's Super League club Arsenal beat Tottenham Hotspur 4-0 on Saturday in front of a “record crowd of 47,367" at Emirates Stadium. That attendance number also “smashed” the WSL attendance record. The previous record was 38,262 which was set at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in for a 2019 match between Arsenal and Tottenham. Arsenal had sold “over 50,000 tickets for the match before Saturday” (ESPN.com, 9/24).
