Paulsen is among the top sports betting and online gaming attorneys and represents the major players in the industry, including the Arizona Diamondbacks in their partnership with William Hill to launch and sponsor mobile sports betting in the state and build a sportsbook adjacent to Chase Field. The Denver-based Paulsen also was counsel to NASCAR in connection with its multiyear market access partnership with Penn Interactive, which operates Barstool Sportsbook, in Arizona. She is one of the two female members on the firm’s executive committee, where she helps guide the strategic direction of the firm and serves on the steering committee of Brownstein’s Women’s Leadership Initiative.
