Introducing the Forty Under 40 Class of 2023

Representing teams and leagues, agencies and media companies, and working across sectors such as finance, law, sports betting and analytics, Sports Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 Class of 2023 exemplifies excellence in the industry. Their work and accomplishments are driving sports business to new heights.

SBJ, along with presenting partners Anheuser-Busch, MGM Resorts and TurnkeyZRG, is pleased to announce the 2023 list of the 40 executives who will be recognized for achievement and innovation in their careers, all before the age of 40.

For the first time, the candidates who will enter the Forty Under 40 Hall of Fame are being recognized separately from the 40 selected to the Class of 2023. New Hall of Famers this year are Zach Leonsis of Monumental Sports & Entertainment (2019, 2022); Colin Neville of The Raine Group (2016, 2022); Whalen Rozelle of Riot Games (2019, 2022) and Morgan Sword of Major League Baseball (2019 and 2022). They join more than 60 executives who are three-time Forty Under 40 selections.

All 2023 honorees will be featured in the June 26 issue of SBJ, where the stories of their careers and successes are told. They also will be recognized at our annual Forty Under 40 gala on Oct. 20 at The Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. For more information, please visit FortyUnder40awards.com.

This is the 24th year of SBJ’s Forty Under 40 program.
