The new “luxurious” Rangers-themed apartment complex is set to open "in the coming months just blocks" from Globe Life Field and AT&T Stadium, according to Sasha Richie of the DALLAS MORNING NEWS. Tours for One Rangers Way, the Entertainment District’s first residential complex at 1200 Nolan Ryan Expressway, began Nov. 19, and by January, the complex “expects to have its first residents.” About 70% of One Rangers Way’s 300 units have "already been leased." The complex will have options from 444-square-foot studios to 1,500-square-foot penthouses at “price points from” $1,400 a month to almost $5,000. All of the building’s 50-plus floorplans "will be named after Rangers players and moments." Memorabilia and art “will be featured throughout the building.” Other than the obvious attractions like the sports venues, One Rangers Way tenants are “within walking distance” of Texas Live!, Live! By Loews, Loews Arlington Hotel and Convention Center and the Arlington Museum of Art (DALLAS MORNING NEWS, 11/22).
