In more than eight years with Toyota, DeLilli has spearheaded the brand’s marketing in the Olympics and Paralympics and its NFL partnership. She gave life to the mission of “Mobility for All,” with the U.S. Paralympic Fund supporting more than 430 athletes across three Games. Her visionary marketing over the length of the Olympic and Paralympic sponsorship, from 2017-24, shifted the view of the company from an auto manufacturer to a mobility company. DeLilli is using the NFL sponsorship to be similarly inclusive, pushing the expansion of flag football.
