Ticketing startup Jump has signed the Rip City Remix as a client, now officially serving as the fan experience and ticketing partner of the G-League affiliate of the Trail Blazers. The franchise, which will start its fourth season in the fall, previously used Tixr for ticketing.
The Remix is the third basketball team client for Jump, which also works with the T’Wolves and Lynx, owned by Jump co-founders Marc Lore and Alex Rodriguez. Fellow Jump clients include the NWSL’s North Carolina Courage, Denver Summit FC, Seattle Reign FC and the MLS’s Sounders.
The Portland franchises have recently undergone an ownership change with Tom Dundon buying the Trail Blazers in March. The Trail Blazers’ business offices recently went through employment cuts. Dundon also owns the Hurricanes.
