Gold Medal-Winning Skier Maddie Bowman Signs Three-Year Deal With Clif Bar

Clif Bar has signed Gold Medal-winning U.S. freestyle skier Maddie Bowman to a three-year endorsement deal, augmenting the brand’s rights as official energy food of U.S. Ski & Snowboarding. Evolution Marketing & Management's Tom Yaps, who reps Bowman, said, "With her healthy lifestyle, she has eaten Clif Bars for years while skiing, mountain biking, hiking and paddle boarding.” The deal was first activated with helmet stickers at the recent Toyota U.S. Grand Prix event at Mammoth Mountain, Calif., where she finished second in the half pipe. One additional podium finish in four more Grand Prix events would likely punch her ticket to the '18 PyeongChang Games. Bowman last week made waves when she said she would not visit the White House under the current administration.
