The NBA Kings said they have seen a 25% bump in season-ticket renewals for the '19-20 season, marketing a 10-year high. The team is 37-37 and until recently had been in playoff contention. The team also has incurred sizable gains on their Net Promoter Score through an ongoing alignment with CRM provider Salesforce. Through a deployment of Salesforce Sales Cloud this past season, the Kings have automatically surfaced at-risk accounts based on specific fan behaviors and are now managing all ticket sales through the platform. “We’re trying to get a more holistic view of the customer and proactively surface issues that need to be addressed each day,” said Kings Senior VP/Sales & Service Philip Horn. “Now that we’ve settled into the new arena [following the ’16 opening of Golden 1 Center], this is helping us make sure our fans are at the center of our conversation.”
